What is distinctive about the Magnetic Filter CC?
The housing of the Magnetic Filter CC is equipped with a magnetic filter rod. Movable neodymium magnets create an efficient magnetic field, whereby particles contained in the liquid are attracted.
Due to the flow in the housing of the Magnetic Filter, the fluid passes the Magnetic Filter rod particularly slowly and evenly. As a result, even the smallest particles are drawn onto the surface of the Magnetic Filter rod and held there. Even if the Magnetic Filter rod is completely covered with dirt particles, the full flow is maintained, preventing any blockage.
Cleaning of the FRIESS Magnetic Filter CC can be done in two ways: either when the Magnetic Filter is closed or when it is open. In the first variant, the movable magnets are pulled out of the filter to discharge the sludge together with the remaining liquid through the drain valve. In the second variant the magnets are also pulled out. However, in this case the particles are removed by hand. Compared to the FRIESS Magnetic Filter FMF, this method is much easier, as with the Magnetic Filter CC the magnetic force no longer acts on the particles during cleaning.
