The special feature of the FRIESS oil skimmer 1S is the special guidance of the oil collector tube. This enables lifting heights of up to 10 m without the system losing its functionality.
The Model 1S is therefore particularly practical, especially since it can be optimally adapted to the respective application. For this purpose, we manufacture the oil collector tube individually for our customers, selecting the length according to the specific conditions.
Depending on the viscosity of the oil as well as the thickness of the respective oil layer, the Model 1S can remove up to 30 liters of oil per hour. The result thus depends entirely on your individual operating conditions. Thanks to the corresponding accessories, however, the performance can be increased without much effort and optimally adapted to your needs.
Due to its robust design, the FRIESS oil skimmer 1S can even be used 24/7 without any problems. Even solids such as sand, chips or particles in the oil do not affect our system, because all parts that are susceptible to wear are deliberately made of highly abrasion-resistant ceramic. The oil skimmer itself, with the exception of the drive wheel, is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. All this to provide you with a long-lasting product that reduces your maintenance costs.
